Yes. Every macro listed on our menu — protein, carbohydrates, dietary fibre, fat, and kcal — is calculated from the actual ingredients used in each preparation. We do not estimate or round aggressively.

Is Zero Regret suitable for vegetarians?

Yes. We clearly label every vegetarian and vegan item on our menu. Over 60% of our dishes are fully vegetarian, and several are vegan.

Why do you show all four macros instead of just calories?

Calories tell you how much energy is in a dish — but not how your body will use it. Protein determines how full you stay and how well muscles recover. Carbohydrates are the brain's primary fuel source. Dietary fibre slows glucose absorption and feeds your gut microbiome. Fat is essential for absorbing vitamins A, D, E, and K. All four work together. Showing only calories is incomplete information, and we think you deserve the full picture.

We do not estimate loosely or round aggressively. When a dish has variants, each variant's macros reflect the actual difference in ingredients.

Is your food good for weight loss?

Weight loss comes down to your total daily intake — no single meal guarantees it. What we can offer: dishes high in protein and fibre that keep you fuller longer, minimal added oil (most proteins are grilled or air-fried), zero refined sugar in savoury dishes, and full macro transparency so you can track accurately. Is your food good for building muscle?

Yes. Our high-protein items — especially the chicken and soya chunk salads, grilled wraps, and chicken sandwiches — are built around lean protein sources. Most offer 20–35g of protein per serving. You can also stack protein further with our add-on groups (extra chicken, paneer, tofu, eggs). Every item shows macros, so you can precisely match your daily protein targets.

Why is fibre so important, and why do you track it separately?

Dietary fibre slows glucose absorption, preventing the energy spikes and crashes that come with refined carbs. It also feeds the beneficial bacteria in your gut — which regulate immunity, digestion, and even mood. Most Indians consume less than half the recommended 28g daily intake. We track fibre separately because most restaurants don't, and we think that's the wrong call.

Is your food suitable if I have diabetes or blood sugar concerns?

Our food uses complex carbohydrates from whole food sources, adds no refined sugar to savoury dishes, and the fibre content in most items helps moderate glucose absorption. That said, everyone's response is individual — we recommend checking the full macro breakdown on each item and discussing with your dietitian. Our data is transparent and available for every single dish.

Why don't you have a keto or zero-carb menu?

Because we don't believe in eliminating macros. Carbohydrates are the brain's preferred fuel source, and cutting them out completely is an extreme approach that most people don't sustain. Our philosophy is balance — the right amount of each macro for your specific goal, with full transparency so you decide. We have low-carb options. We just don't build the menu around a marketing claim.

How quickly will my order be confirmed?

We aim to confirm every WhatsApp order within 5–10 minutes during operating hours (Mon–Sat, 12 PM – 10:30 PM). If you don't hear back within 15 minutes, please resend your message or call us at +91 6290-470984.

Can I order in advance or pre-book?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can send us a WhatsApp message with your desired pickup time and we'll have your order ready. Pre-booking is especially useful during lunch hours (12–2 PM) when we tend to be busiest.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and all major UPI-linked bank accounts. We do not accept credit or debit card payments at this time.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes. Street parking is available along the road opposite Unitech Gate 2. For both Two-wheelers and Four-wheelers, parking is available a short walking distance from the outlet. The area is easily accessible from the DH Block main road.

How close are you to Candor Techspace / Unitech?

Accepted Answer

Very close. We are directly opposite Unitech Gate 2, DH Block Newtown — a 2-minute walk from the gate. For Candor Techspace employees, we're about 5–7 minutes on foot through the DH Block road.

Question 24

Why is there no mayonnaise in your sauces and dips?

Accepted Answer

Mayonnaise is roughly 80% fat by weight — mostly from refined vegetable oil — with very little nutritional upside. We replaced it entirely with a Greek yogurt base for our in-house dips. Greek yogurt delivers probiotics, protein, and a creamy texture with a fraction of the fat and none of the refined oil. The flavour profile is actually better — and we can label it honestly.

What oil do you cook with, and how much?

We use minimal oil deliberately, and only when a cooking technique requires it. Most of our proteins — chicken, paneer, tofu — are grilled or air-fried. We do not use oil as a default flavour enhancer. The fat you see listed on our menu comes from the actual ingredients, not from cooking shortcuts.

What does "freshly cooked daily" actually mean?

It means every component of every dish is prepared on the day it's served. We don't pre-cook and refrigerate proteins. We don't use pre-packaged sauces. We don't batch-cook for multiple days. Our kitchen starts fresh every morning. This is more labour-intensive — but it's the only way to maintain both the nutritional quality and the taste of the food.

Is your food suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes. Over 60% of our menu is vegetarian, and many items are fully vegan. Every item is clearly marked with a diet indicator — green for veg, yellow for egg, red for non-veg — in the Zomato/Swiggy style you're familiar with. Vegan items use no animal products whatsoever, including in the dips and sauces.

Do you have gluten-free options?

Some of our salads and beverages are naturally gluten-free. Our wraps and sandwiches use flour-based tortillas and bread, so they are not gluten-free. If you have a gluten intolerance or coeliac condition, please mention it when ordering via WhatsApp and we'll advise on the safest options available.

Do you add sugar to your food?

Accepted Answer

No refined sugar is added to any savoury dish. Our beverages — particularly the cold coffees and hot chocolates — use zero-sugar alternatives where sweetness is needed. Items labelled "Zero Sugar" contain no added sugar of any kind. Where natural sweetness comes through (e.g. fruit salads, corn), it's from the ingredient itself, not from added sugar.
